The max77 login process is designed to be fast, straightforward, and secure every time
Enter the username or email address you used when registering your max77 account. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username. If you registered with a Gmail or Yahoo address, you can log in using either your username or your full email address.
Enter your password carefully – remember that passwords are case-sensitive. Use the eye icon on the right side of the password field to reveal your password if needed. Make sure Caps Lock is not accidentally turned on before you start typing.
If you are on your own personal device – your personal smartphone or laptop – you can tick the "Remember me" option so you do not have to enter your login credentials every time. Do not select this option on public or shared devices to keep your account secure.
Click the Log In button and the max77 system will verify your credentials within seconds. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is active on your account, you will receive an OTP code via SMS to your registered Malaysian mobile number, which you'll need to enter to complete the login process.
Once you have logged in successfully, you are taken straight to your max77 account dashboard. From there you can jump right into a game, make a deposit in Malaysian Ringgit, claim the latest promotional bonuses, review your betting history, or manage your account settings including your self-control limits.
Everything you need to know about logging in safely and what you can do once you're in
Logging in to your max77 account is more than a simple username-and-password routine. Behind that clean interface, our multi-layered security system works to ensure that only you – the verified account owner – can access your account and your RM balance. Every login session is fully encrypted using 256-bit SSL, the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banking institutions including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. This means your login credentials cannot be intercepted or read by any third party during the login process.
Max77 also supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Malaysian mobile number. Once enabled, even if someone gets hold of your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP sent to your phone. We strongly encourage all max77 players to activate 2FA under the Security section in their account settings — it takes just 2 minutes but adds a meaningful layer of protection for your RM balance.
The most common login issue players face is entering an incorrect username or password. Note that max77 passwords are case-sensitive — make sure Caps Lock isn't accidentally turned on. If you use your browser's autofill feature, check that the credentials being filled in belong to your max77 account and not another site saved in your browser.
If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on this login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link within minutes. If you don't receive the email after 5 minutes, check your Spam folder. If it's still not there, the email address you entered may differ from the one used during registration — in that case, contact max77 customer support via 24/7 Live Chat with your username for further assistance.
